project of the month

My goal is to have one project a month and then report with a post on here.  This month's project was a spice jar project.  I just took baby food jars I got for free and painted the lids with chalkboard paint.
voila! My spice drawer.
And this here is my project of the last 15 months.  He's pretty awesome.

Grant- 5 months

Grant had a lot of firsts this month. It was his first Christmas, first time out of the country to Canada, first time meeting his cousin Benson, first time on a plane, and first time rolling over. Oh and guess who's eating solid food now?!
I may be biased, but wouldn't he make a cute baby Gap model?
Grant has yet to find a food he doesn't want shoved in his face.  So far he loves carrots, peas, prunes, pears, bananas, avocados, applesauce and rice cereal. Luckily, like his father, I do not have to worry about a picky eater.

Christmas Morning with what Santa left

I was super lucky and got pictures of him rolling over for the first time.  It wasn't really on purpose.  He just lifts his huge head up to look at me, it throws him off balance and voila, he rolls over!

ta dah!
such a happy boy
Grant has perfect eyelashes that he got from his dad.  They are super long, dark and have the perfect curl.  These alone will get him a girlfriend or two.

These two are going to be best buds.  This is Grant with his super cute cousin Benson
